Quotes & Pricing

Quotes submitted through this website are requests only — not confirmed bookings. A final price will be confirmed by our team prior to your service date. Prices may vary based on actual shipment size, distance, and additional services requested.

We are committed to transparent pricing. Any changes to an agreed quote will be communicated to you in advance and require your approval.

Bookings & Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled service are free of charge.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Our team will communicate this at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of severe weather or circumstances outside our control.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when requesting a quote or booking a service
• Ensure safe and unobstructed access to pickup and delivery locations
• Not request transport of prohibited items (hazardous materials, flammable liquids, perishables, live animals)
• Be present or have an authorized representative present at the time of service

Liability

Elvisco De Interstate carries liability coverage for items in our care during a move. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. We are not liable for damage to items not disclosed prior to the move, pre-existing damage, or items packed by the customer without our involvement.

Our liability is limited to the terms of the applicable insurance coverage in effect at the time of service. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
